Indian Wells Golf Resort
Celebrity and Players Courses
On the Course...A Pair of Desert Masterpieces
While the Resort boasts a proud history, Indian Wells' 36 holes of recently renovated and newly built facilities provide two of the finest golf challenges in the Southwest U.S.
The Clive Clark-designed Celebrity Course, which opened to rave reviews in November of 2006, has twice hosted the LG Skins Game. Against a backdrop of spectacular mountain views and punctuated with vibrant floral detail, this layout features undulating fairways as well as streams, brooks, and split-level lakes connected by striking waterfalls. From start to finish, the Celebrity Course offers an exceptional golf experience for players of all levels.
John Fought's Players Course, which opened in November 2007, features a stunning contrast to The Celebrity. Reflective of a classic American design, this course features sculpted bunkers in a style reminiscent of Riviera and Winged Foot, while at the same time delivering a modern approach to golf course architecture. As with the Celebrity Course, the Players Course maximizes the picturesque views of the San Jacinto, Santa Rosa and San Bernardino mountain ranges and majestic Eisenhower Mountain.
In 2010, the Indian Wells Golf Resort was the only 36 hole facility in California to have both courses ranked in the state's Top 20 by BOTH Golf and GolfWeek magazines.
